What products can and do Ravencrest ship?

All our products are deliverable via courier, using either a standard or ‘extra-large’ service. In the unlikely event we discover a product is not shippable we will state this clearly on our product page. If you would still like to purchase the item we will contact you to discuss delivery.

How do we ship?

All products on the Ravencrest website are shipped nationally within the UK and Ireland and internationally (to specified countries) using ParcelForce International. ParcelForce are one of the largest courier companies within the UK and so offer the most competitive rates. Sending parcels with a courier does cost a little more, but has the added benefits of being trackable, requiring the signature of an adult upon delivery and notification to the customer when their items have been received into their network via an email to a nominated address (usually that used to register on Ravencrest.

Ravencrest want to make sure that your package is delivered to you undamaged, and so we use high quality, appropriate packing materials to cushion and reinforce goods sent for delivery.

How long does shipping take?

Typically between 2-3 days with UK mainland deliveries, 3-4 days to UK Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. International deliveries including Southern Ireland take between 3-5 days. At the point of choosing a shipping carrier you will be given the choice of either UK or non-standard area delivery. Please choose the appropriate option according to where you wish the delivery to be made.

If you would like a more specific service, such as delivery on a Saturday, or overnight please make a note of this is the ‘additional comments’ field in the payment process and we will be in touch with a price for your prefered service.

We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days of receipt of payment.

Can I choose a delivery date?

If you require a specific day for delivery please add this in the ‘additional notes’ section of the checkout process. We will do our best to accommodate this. please feel free to call us on 07809 874 224 to check we have received this instruction.

Can I specify a different address to my billing address?

Our ecommerce system allows you to record and retain a number of addresses that can be used for delivery.  Please add any further details you think may help with the delivery in the ‘additional comments’ field that is found in the checkout process.

Where do Ravencrest ship to?

Ravencrest offer standard shipping to the following countries at the described costs. If you live outside these regions we can still deliver to you however, would need to ascertain shipping costs. All prices below are based upon a maximum box size of 60cm x 60cm x 40cm, and a maximum weight of 30kg, which covers the vast majority of our delivery requirements. In the unlikely event that your purchase is outside these dimensions we will let you know at the earliest possible opportunity, with a revised shipping cost.

How will I get my tracking number?

ParcelForce will email this to you automatically once your parcel has entered their delivery network. The email will include a link from which you can get tracking information.

Returns Policy - Faulty or damaged goods

All products are thoroughly checked before dispatch and are packaged comprehensively. In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or are found to be faulty Ravencrest must be notified within seven working days of receipt of delivery to arrange a replacement.  Warranties relating to goods purchased through Ravencrest in no way exclude the statutory rights of the customer under the Sales of Good Act 1979 Ravencrest will cover the costs of shipping replacement products to you if goods are faulty or damaged during this period.

Returns policy - unwanted goods under the Distance Selling Regulations

In line with distance selling regulations Ravencrest offers a seven day period, starting the day after date of delivery, in which consumers may return unwanted good to us in a re-saleable condition, the products are unused and any original packaging is unopened and undamaged.  Upon receipt of goods a full refund, including the original delivery costs will be made to the original card or account the payment was made from. This will be done within 30 days of the original cancellation notification.

Please note that this legislation does not cover goods that are made-to-measure, personalised or customised in any way.

Ravencrest would not cover the cost of packaging returned goods or the cost of postage back to us.

Fraudulent card use

If Ravencrest are made aware of a purchase made using a fraudulent card a full refund will be given.
